In 2007, Loletta took up the role of Greater China National People Leader and she is in charge of all people/human resources related activities as well as learning and development strategy and initiatives of Ernst & Young China Firm.
Loletta was a partner with the Assurance & Advisory Business Services Division in E rnst & Young Shanghai. She began her career with Arthur Anderden in Hong Kong in 1989 and was relocated to Shanghai in 1999.
Loletta has over 17 years of experience in providing auditing and advisory business services to clients in various industries, including manufacturing, industrial and consumer products, internet, IT related and media services. She specialises in technology and communications sector.
Loletta has extensive experience in providing assurance and advisory business services including services in relation to initial public offerings and risk consulting services. She worked on various initial public offerings and audits of Hong Kong and the PRC enterprises listed on NASDAQ and Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She also works on various financial due diligence reviews on merger and acquisitions and internal controls reviews.
Loletta is familiar with US GAAP, IFRS and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and has in-depth experience in servicing SEC and MNC clients
Loletta was also the treasurer of the Hong Kong Chamber Commerce in the China - Shanghai Branch in 2001 and 2002 and a member of the First Committee of the Shanghai Institute of Internal Auditors.
Loletta was named one of the 50 People of Human Resources in China in 2007.
