王先生曾在多个人力资源的项目上作为项目总监和经理，为金融（银行，证券，保险，信托等），电信，制造，能源和地产等行业提供组织架构重整，HR系统实施，绩效评估体系设计，母子公司管控流程，收购合并等专业意见。结合西方的理论实践和东方的独有文化，王先生为企业量体裁衣，提供具有兼顾前瞻型和可操作型的方案，并为企业从诊断，设计，标杆， 实施和维护提供系统服务。
王先生毕业于英国斯特拉斯克莱德（Strathclyde）大学的MBA，英国特许管理会计师公会会员，香港会计师公会会员，并曾担任安达信企业咨询合伙人、毕博管理咨询董事等职务，现在也同时担任多个国内外企业的专业委员会的独立顾问。

Jungle Wong is the practice leader of Human Capital Advisory Services (HCAS) in Deloitte Consulting of China. He has substantial experiences in helping many Top 500 Global Corporations and State-owned enterprises in Mainland China and Hong Kong in resolving Human Capital issues such as HR integration in M&A, HR process design, Talent management and HRMS design & implementation for nearly 20 years. In recent years, with the reform of state-owned enterprises, the competition among foreign-capital enterprises and the requirement of Standardization by Supervision Institution, Mr. Wong also focuses on Talent Assessment, Leadership Development, Consultation and Implementation of Occupation Career Planning and Transition management in Organization Transformation.
Being the project team leader in many HR projects, Mr. Wong' industry experience covers Banking and Securities, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication, Manufacturing and Real estate in areas such as Compensation Design, Procedures Alignment, HR implementation Projects (Oracle and People soft system), M&A HR integration and so on. He has good grasp on both Eastern and Western culture, and is able to help clients in transforming the HR strategy into executable actions.
Mr. Wong graduates as MBA from University of Strathclyde. He is the member of Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong, Fellow Member of Chartered Associated of Certified Accountants and Associate Member of Chartered Institution of Management Accountants. Mr. Wong also holds "independent director" in several Industry Committee of Domestic and Foreign enterprises. |
